Cleveland Best Pest Control is a must-use service if you have any unwanted pests around the house! They were quick to respond the same day I noticed two mice in my basement. The technician came out the same day and helped trace the potential entry points, closed them off, and laid traps. He came back a week later to check the traps and he was two for two! I haven't had a single issue since. One of the best things is that they don't have company branded vehicles so when they come to your place it very discreet! Make them your first call if you're in need of extermination service.
I cannot say recommend Vaughn and his team enough. I woke up on a Friday morning with bites/welts on my back and feared bed bugs. I had emailed and called 6 places, and Vaughn was the only one that got back to me. He made time to come and do an inspection as soon as he was able and really made me feel like he cared about my situation. He was incredibly professional, knowledgable, timely, and kind. Thankfully I didn't have bed bugs, and he was kind enough not to charge me for the visit. Will absolutely use his services in the future if ever needed!
What an AMAZING company. They are one of the most professional home service companies I have ever dealt with! Fast, punctual, and transparent with pricing. I had started working with another company but was getting conflicting strange information so before settling on them called Cleveland Best Pest Control and immediately felt a difference. They arrived and are currently taking care of a raccoon issue. I really recommend them. Very competitive pricing and really wonderful care on their process. No headaches were created!
You never want to have a raccoon living in your walls but if it does happen this is the company to call. Vaughn was early, took care of the problem, and made the whole process as easy as possible. Highly recommend this company! They treated a large tree infested w/ ants that we had no luck treating ourselves trying multiple ways. The owner Vaughn and technician Brian were professional & reliable to help rid of the ants & save the tree. We’ll definitely call them when we need their services again!
