What an AMAZING company. They are one of the most professional home service companies I have ever dealt with! Fast, punctual, and transparent with pricing. I had started working with another company but was getting conflicting strange information so before settling on them called Cleveland Best Pest Control and immediately felt a difference. They arrived and are currently taking care of a raccoon issue. I really recommend them. Very competitive pricing and really wonderful care on their process. No headaches were created!
You never want to have a raccoon living in your walls but if it does happen this is the company to call. Vaughn was early, took care of the problem, and made the whole process as easy as possible. Highly recommend this company! They treated a large tree infested w/ ants that we had no luck treating ourselves trying multiple ways. The owner Vaughn and technician Brian were professional & reliable to help rid of the ants & save the tree. We’ll definitely call them when we need their services again!

Our experience with Cleveland Best Pest Control has been excellent. The technician who came to assess the situation was very knowledgeable and able to assess our situation promptly. We had an estimate by the end of business the same day and it was quite reasonable for the work that was needed. That work was completed within three days.
Vaughn was so kind and was really patient in catching the critter. It took time but he got him. He sealed up the hole in the garage and removed the feces and sanitized. Really well done. He's my hero! 😁
I used Cleveland Best Pest Control to evict a groundhog living under my porch and then do remediation work to help prevent it from happening again. From the beginning and throughout the process Vaughn and his team we incredibly professional, communicative, and fast! I had a consultation last Friday, and by Wednesday the groundhog was gone and the barrier was installed--with texts and pictures along the way to explain every step. I highly recommend Vaughn and CBPC and I (hope to not have to but) would absolutely use them again in the future.
